Sizing / Fit
Ticktogs fit should be roomy. The ripstop nylon does not stretch. You want to be sure there is room for the flex and movement of your foot while active.

Been using for a few weeks now in the garden and tick free after each activity!
Good protection overall. But smoldering cinders from a firepit easily burned the flimsy material so now it has holes which I patched up with duct tape.
Sorry about the holes! I selected this ultra-sheer parachute fabric for many factors at once:
- its extreme sheerness means that it never makes your shoe tighter
- its extreme permeability means that it is never sweaty and is comfortable in summer heat
- its cottony softness is never plasticky
- the total weight of a pair is only 3 ounces and the total size is very compact for ease of carrying anywhere
- it is a fiber, unlike some, that accepts permethrin treatment very well
- it is a fabric that is VERY strong for its weight
BUT it is not fireproof. Can't have everything.
One thing it is not is 'flimsy', it is a highly evolved tech fabric optimized in many, many ways.
Wear your Ticktogs in good health!
Best

I'm very happy with them. They are very light, not bulky in my shoes. And I feel less anxiety when I'm walking in the woods.
Lightweight, easy to use, and for two summers running, I haven't had a single tick bite! The first summer I can say that in decades.
I like them
Caution: Ticktogs cannot guarantee your safety. Ticks may penetrate a torn gaiter, bypass a poorly worn gaiter, or alight above your knee and bite. Treat other clothes with permethrin and bare skin with insect repellent.
Pets: Please see your veterinarian for tick treatments for your pets.
