Shipping policy

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5 AM EST, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fall River, MA. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address, Ticktogs LLC is not responsible for stolen/lost packages.

Shipping: We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
